Shipping & Delivery


Regular shipping
Most customers will see their in-stock items within 5 - 10 business days. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you with product status. Unless otherwise specified, all regular shipping packages will be shipped UPS Ground.

Overnight Shipping
Average orders up to 12 pounds range in cost from $20.00 - $45.00 per box in addition to your regular shipping charges. You will receive your in-stock items the next business day. For exact shipping quote, please call 978-686-7722

Shipping/Back Orders
We make every effort to ship orders in a timely fashion. In the event that you select a back ordered item, your order may be divided into multiple shipments. We will ship products that are immediately available at our North Andover store.

> We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. We securely transmit, via SSL encryption, your entire order, including credit card number, during the process.

Returns & Replacements

We stand behind every product we sell. We want you to have as much faith in our products as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product or the unused portion within 30 days of purchase and we will credit your original payment method or replace the item.
